World Cup on paragliding is hold in the European centre of extreme sport ?Shambhala? (23-30 April, 2005)
We invite the strongest pilots to take part in competition.
For several years of existence European Centre ?Shambhala?has turned into a famous paragliding resort in Europe.
?Shambhala? is situated on the territory of the splendid National Park ?Central Balkan?. The flights won?t be easy. But they will be amazing surely?

- 08:30 pilots briefing at HQ, choosing pilots and task commettees;

- 12:00-17:30 competition flying;
- 17:00-20:00 GPS consignment and compilation of landing declaration;
- 21:00 inofficial daily results
24.04 Monday ? Competition day
- 08:30 official results from previous day and overall ranking;
- 09:00 pilots briefing at HQ;
- 09:30 trasnfer to the take off;
- 12:00-17:30 competition flying;

- 09:00 pilots briefing at HQ;

- 19:00 official over results;
- 20:00 prize-giving ceremony and party.
* Complains are accepted in written form within 30 minutes after publishing the unofficial results;
** Protests are accepted in written form and deposited 30? within 30 minites after publishing the official results;
*** During the competition there will be several evening cultural and musical events and parties.
PILOTS' REGISTRATION
Participation requirements:
To compete in Bulgaria 2005 World Cup you can be any nationality pilot who:
- holds an international recognized paragliding licence (FAI ParaPro 5);
- has third party liability insurance;
- is member of Paragliding World Cup Association;
- fulfills the PWCA rules that define a minimum acceptable level;
- is selected among the first candidates*;
- pay the entry fee** for the event within 10 days of selection confirmation sent by the PWCA Office.
* The selection deadline is exactly 2 months before the event.
**Entry fee includes: - daily transfer to take off, launch packet, retrieve from main roads; local maps; competition organizing and scoring; cultural program and parties...

HQ local registration:
On 22nd April (saturday) all pilots must register at the competition HeadQuarters (the cinema complex Aleksandar Vazov at the center of Sopot).

Accommodation:
As during the pre-PWC, the bed and breakfast in Sopot hotels, campus or private guesthouses will be between 5-7 euro per bed per night.
The organizers of the PWC Bulgaria 2005 will assist you to find the most suitable conditions for you. You can also contact the organizers in advance to book you bed and breakfast in 2-3 bed rooms in hotels.
