Joga

Yoga is primary process in culture of soul. Its goal is achievement of spiritual perfection or self-realization. Process of Yoga provides control on physical organs, breath, wit and feelings. Practice of Yoga makes life rich and full. Practically, it is science teaching us how to live clean and healthy life. Practice of self-bridling, aspiration to mental balance, probity, compassion, purity and selflessness form process of Yoga.

Practice of Asany, Pranayama, Bandha and Mudra also form process of Yoga.

Meditate on favourable divine qualities, sanctity, tranquillity, rectitude, charity, coolnesses, nobility, sincerity and selflessness. Try to cultivate these qualities in your everyday life. Always say the truth. Be kind-hearted. Live independently and modestly. Try to check your emotions, restrain your impetuses. Don`t be supercilious. Be imperceptible, polite and courteous. Do not envy someone else’s property. Don`t be pessimistic. Do not strive to prosperity and popularity owing to somebody. Analyse your impetuses. Research your thoughts thoroughly. Penetrate into the core of the things. Do not chase false brilliance of the world. Restrain yourself. Neglect personal comfort and luxury if thereby you may help the others. Always remember about your essence, divine origin.

This is process of Yoga.

Meditation means ñoncentrating inside - it forces the disconnected components of person to become united. When you say that your body and your wit or your wit and your soul are different substances, you disconnect yourself. Hardly meditation can return you back to unity if there is something that separates your body and brain, brain and wit, wit and soul?

If locked eyes and silence mean meditation, then we meditate daily during eight - ten hours in our dreams. Why isn’t it real meditation? It`s silence, isn`t it? When we sleep, our wit is calm, but we, however, the dream is not meditation. Don’t cheat yourself, meditation is not simple; it is like studying at the university. There are usually many horses participating in the horse race, but the only one wins a prize. We make race for meditation, but the finish line is very far from us, because we have not conquered yet our own feelings, wit and mind.

In spiritual world it is possible to reach a top different ways, either as in physical. One way can be long, the other short, one winding and hard, the other direct and light, but anyway every road leads to the top. There are many methods and ways to reach spiritual knowledge, helping to learn by experience latent essence of being and direct the wit, which is tangled in the web of world pleasures, to the source of its existence - Atmanu, or soul. Yoga is a way to improve body and feelings, bring up mind, becalm wit and soul, what is essence of our beeing. Unfortunately, many people, have not comprehended the depth of yoga, consider this spiritual way of self-realization just a physical discipline, and practice of hatkha-yoga just a form of athletics. But yoga is something greater, than physical exercises. It embraces a person in its unity - on celluar, mental, intellectual and spiritual level.
